Uploading or taking part in Vadobag B.V. promotions, whereby texts, photographs, images, drawings, paintings, music or other digital information (hereinafter referred to as: “Material”) is sent to Vadobag B.V., is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1.		The visitor to the website herewith declares to personally be in possession of the relevant intellectual property rights, and indemnifies Vadobag B.V. against all claims from third parties in relation to the Material.
2.		By sending the Material to Vadobag B.V. the visitor transfers to Vadobag B.V. all relevant rights as a result of which Vadobag B.V. becomes the owner of the Material.
3.		Vadobag BV retains the right at all times to refuse to incorporate, to remove or to modify submissions.
4.		Under no circumstances shall Material that is contrary to the law, morality, public order or general standards of decency be placed on the website. In any event, this means: misleading, discriminating, offensive, pornographic, degrading or other offensive Material. This is at the discretion of Vadobag B.V.
5.		Material that is liable under criminal law, such as child pornography, shall be forwarded to the Public Prosecutors Office with details of the sender and the personal information of the sender that is known to Vadobag B.V.
